Designed and developed in close collaboration with YEMA fans, the first Superman Heritage GMT is proposed as an ultra-limited edition of 100 time pieces for each of the 3 bezel variants. These exclusive GMT models allow reading of two time zones simultaneously, a practical function for globetrotters, while maintaining the classic dive watch features of the Superman. The unique bezel-lock mechanism provides a double safety: It prevents the rotating bezel from moving accidentally during scuba diving but also when travelling once the bezel is set to a second time zone.
This Swiss movement is renowned for its reliability and sturdiness. With 21 Ruby jewels, it beats at 28,800 A/h and offers a power reserve of 42 hours.
The Superman Heritage GMT is made available with a sapphire domed crystal making it more scratch-resistant and vintage looking
Same as the original Superman 53.00.16 the bezel is in aluminum which will develop a slight patina in time. The bi-colour bezel makes it easier to differentiate day and night hours.
The unique Superman bezel-lock at 3 o'clock prevents the rotating bezel from moving and thus guaranteeing an accurate calculation of time even while diving.
The second time zone can be read via a discreet yet highly legible GMT hand.
The caseback new design stands out for its high-end aesthetics: Engraved with YEMA's historic coat of arms and embossed brushed effect.
The 316 L stainless steel band with secure-lock comes with a divers extension for easy and quick adjustment over a diving suit
The bezel, hands and markers are treated with Swiss Super-LumiNova so as to offer perfect readability in low light conditions.
Les aiguilles et les index sont revêtus de Super-LumiNova. La Superman héritage Blue offre donc une parfaite lisibilité dans l'obscurité.

YEMA's signature #TimeofHeroes dates from 1970. It reflects the history and values of the brand and what it stands for. It tells the adventures of remarkable sportsmen and explorers who have achieved the extraordinary under the most extreme conditions, with a YEMA watch on their wrists.
All Superman dive watches are designed and tested with professional diver and marine activist Hugues Vitry. His first dive watch in 1982 was a YEMA Navygraf that he still uses regularly.
