You can earn tier points by making purchases at yema.com, each Dollar spent gets you 1 tier point. You also earn tier points by leaving a review for each watch purchased at yema.com, each online review gets you 200 tier points and an additional 100 tier points when you follow our Instagram account. We graciously credit your YEMA Privilege account with 100 tier points for your birthday!

Every time you purchase a watch you will receive an email (sent one week after shipment) proposing you to leave a review directly on the review form found within the email. Alternatively you can always leave a review on the watch model page. The review form is found at the bottom of the page. Please make sure you enter same email address you used to pass your order. We will credit your YEMA Privilege account with 200 tier points within the next 72h.

Log into your YEMA Privilege account here, under the Earn tab click on the Refer a friend option. In the next screen enter your friend's email address. He will receive a -10% off coupon by email and you will receive a US$ 100 voucher after he makes his first purchase at yema.com.

You accumulate tier points with each purchase, online review and friend referral. You reach STEEL Tier as from 300 tier points. You reach BRONZE Tier as from 1,000 tier points. You reach PLATINUM Tier as from 3,000 tier points.

Once you enter a loyalty tier you will enjoy unlimited access to your tier benefits during 2 years. Every time you make a purchase your tier benefits are automatically extended for another 2 years.
